APBH's paramount value is to provide high quality ABA services to the clients and families it serves. To help ensure we fulfill this value, APBH has a two-tier structure that is comprised of Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians. This two-tier structure emphasizes an exceptionally supportive approach to treatment to provide the best outcomes for clients and their families. 

CLINICAL SUPERVISORS 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Design and modify treatment plans
• Train Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and parents
• Provide supervision to BCBA candidates as needed
• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Must have masters degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or other related field
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have driver's license
• Must have proof of automobile insurance
• Must pass TB test
• Must pass background check

BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS / REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide one-on-one, direct services for clients
• Implement treatment under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor
• If RBT, complete requirements to maintain certification
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have driver's license
• Must have proof of automobile insurance
• Must pass TB test
• Must pass background check
